Elango Shanmugam founded Aalam Info Solutions in 2016 with one straightforward belief: great software shouldn't require a great budget, and reliable talent shouldn't require a great geography. A B.E. graduate from Bharathiar University, he built Aalam from a small team in Anna Nagar, Chennai into a company that delivers for clients across India, Australia, and the United States.

His connection to the Australian market runs deep. As Director of Bi3 Technologies India — a Sydney-based data analytics firm recognised by the Australian Financial Review as one of the fastest-growing companies in Australia — Elango spent years bridging the gap between world-class Australian enterprise requirements and India's engineering talent.
